Hello Millions Overview

Hello Millions is a social casino operated by B-Two Operations Limited. Its Terms of Service place that company in the Isle of Man under number 021483V, and the same name and number appear in the Terms of McLuck and Spin Blitz. The site footer names B2 Services OÜ, an Estonian company (number 16579410), as payment services agent, and the Terms say purchases show on your statement as "B-Two Operations Limited". We couldn't check the company number against the Isle of Man Companies Registry, whose search sits behind a login, so we report it as the operator gives it.

Two things are worth knowing before you sign up. First, the binding Terms (version 2.3, dated 14 October 2026) only define Gold Coins, and they call virtual coins "non-redeemable" with "no cash value". Sweepstakes Coins and prize redemption are described on the homepage and in its FAQ. The homepage also points to "Sweepstakes Rules", and that link returned "Page not found" when we checked on 2 October 2026. Second, the site gives two different registered addresses for the same company, one in the Terms and footer and another in the homepage FAQ.

Neither point changes who runs the site. Both lower its legitimacy score with us, because rules you can't read are rules you can't rely on.

Hello Millions Welcome Bonus

The homepage publishes a no-purchase welcome reward of 15,000 Gold Coins + 2.5 Sweepstakes Coins "simply for registering and verifying their account", with no promo code. That figure was 7,500 Gold Coins when we first read the page on 2 October 2026. Its help centre says something else again: an article we read on 17 October 2026 states "we give you 5,000 Gold Coins", so check what your account actually receives. Gold Coins are for play only and can't be redeemed. Sweepstakes Coins can't be bought. Hello Millions says they're awarded free and can be redeemed for prizes.

  • Welcome reward: 15,000 GC + 2.5 SC on the homepage (5,000 GC in the help centre).
  • Daily Rewards: log in every day to claim free coins. The amounts aren't published.
  • Other free routes: social media giveaways, tournaments, a loyalty programme and a refer-a-friend scheme. Amounts aren't published for any of them.
  • Optional first purchase: 120,000 GC with 60 free SC and a Bronze Wheel spin for a chance at up to 500 more free SC. The price of that package isn't shown on the public pages. The logged-out store lists 4,000 GC at $1.99 and 10,000 GC at $4.99.

The promotions page words the welcome differently ("150% extra coins in your welcome bundle") and gives no amounts, so we quote the homepage figure.

Hello Millions Games & Software

Hello Millions says it has 1,500+ casino-style games. That's the operator's figure; we didn't count the lobby. The studios it names include NetEnt, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, BGaming, Relax Gaming, Playson, 3 Oaks Gaming, RubyPlay and Booming Games, and its provider directory lists about 60 in total, with Big Time Gaming and Red Tiger among them.

It isn't slots only. The homepage names live dealer titles: Auto Roulette, Live Roulette, Gravity Roulette and Gravity Blackjack.

One caveat: the lobby isn't the same in every state. Hello Millions publishes a list of extra restrictions set by individual game suppliers. Playtech titles, for example, aren't offered in Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Oregon, South Dakota or Ohio, and Evolution titles aren't offered in Arizona, Pennsylvania or Illinois, among others.

Hello Millions Payouts & Withdrawals

Hello Millions says more about redemptions than the other two B-Two Operations brands we list, but it still gives no firm numbers.

Methods: direct bank transfer (ACH) and gift cards, "where available". Checks: a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Timing: the FAQ says redemptions "are typically reviewed within a few business days" and that, once approved, ACH transfers "arrive shortly after, depending on your bank". That isn't a fixed window, so we list the payout time as Varies.

The homepage says a minimum Sweepstakes Coins balance and a playthrough requirement apply, and sends readers to the Terms for both figures. The Terms contain neither. We list the minimum redemption and the playthrough as not published.

Support is at support@hellomillions.com, which the site describes as available 24/7. The Terms say a reply to a contact request may take up to 48 hours. The site prints two different phone numbers for payment questions, so we publish neither.

Hello Millions Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Free 15,000 GC + 2.5 SC welcome reward on its homepage, with no promo code or purchase
  • Names its redemption methods (ACH and gift cards) and the documents it asks for
  • 1,500+ games from about 60 studios, including live dealer titles (operator figure)
  • Support email published and described as 24/7

Cons

  • ✗21+ only, stricter than the 18+ floor at many sweepstakes casinos
  • ✗The Terms don't define Sweepstakes Coins or redemption, and the Sweepstakes Rules link is broken
  • ✗No redemption minimum, playthrough figure or fixed processing time is published
  • ✗Two different registered addresses for the same company on its own site

Where Hello Millions Is Available

Hello Millions requires players to be 21 or older. Its Terms exclude 16 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. It isn't available outside the United States.

The Terms also say "we no longer offer promotional contests in California", so we treat California as excluded as well. The Terms updated on 14 October 2026 add that "effective 1 November 2026, we will no longer be operating in Oklahoma", and the help centre already lists Oklahoma as unavailable, so we treat Oklahoma as excluded now. Sweepstakes law changes quickly, so check our state-by-state guide before you sign up.

Hello Millions — Our Verdict

Hello Millions is a real operation with a named operating company, a large multi-studio lobby and the clearest redemption description of the three B-Two Operations brands we list. What holds its score down is paperwork: the Terms never mention the coins you'd redeem, the rules page it links to doesn't load, and the thresholds that decide when you can redeem aren't public.

If you're 21 or over and outside the excluded states, it's worth a free account. Read the redemption screen inside your account before you buy anything, because that's the only place the minimum and playthrough can be confirmed.

Hello Millions FAQ

Is Hello Millions legit?

It's operated by B-Two Operations Limited, which its Terms place in the Isle of Man under company number 021483V, and it states that no purchase is necessary to play. We couldn't check the company number at the registry, and the Sweepstakes Rules page it links to didn't load on 2 October 2026.

How long does a Hello Millions redemption take?

Hello Millions says redemptions are typically reviewed within a few business days and that ACH transfers arrive shortly after approval, depending on your bank. No fixed window is published, so we list it as Varies.

What is the minimum age at Hello Millions?

21. The Terms require players to be over 21 or the legal age of majority where they are, whichever is higher.

Does Hello Millions have an app?

No app is published. Its FAQ says the site is built for phone and tablet browsers, with no download required.
