We get facts wrong sometimes. When we do, we want to know about it — and here's exactly what happens next.

Dated Notes

Material corrections get a dated note on the corrected page

What Counts as a Material Error

A material error is a factual mistake that could change a reader's decision. On this site that includes:

  • Wrong bonus figures — Gold Coin or Sweeps Coin amounts, eligibility, or expiry terms
  • Incorrect redemption information — processing windows, methods, or minimum thresholds
  • Wrong state availability — listing a sweepstakes casino as available where it is not, or vice versa
  • Misstatements of an operator's sweepstakes rules or terms of service
  • Materially wrong game counts or other operator data we present as fact

How to Report an Error

Email us at mary[at]fortunesweep.com. To help us verify quickly, include:

  • The page URL where you found the error
  • What the page says, and what you believe is correct
  • A source if you have one — the operator's own terms or rules page is ideal

Our Commitment

  • We acknowledge every error report within 2 business days
  • We verify the report against primary sources — the operator's published documents and official records — and apply verified corrections promptly
  • Material corrections get a dated correction note on the corrected page, so you can see what changed and when

Corrections vs. Routine Updates

A correction fixes something we got wrong. A routine update reflects something that changed in the world — an operator revises a bonus, a state changes its rules, a game library grows. Routine updates follow our Updates Policy and don't carry correction notes; corrections of our own errors do.
