The suits seek permanent injunctions; none has been granted, and Florida has no sweepstakes ban. Platforms still accept Florida players.

Hawaii allows sweepstakes casinos - the only casino gaming option in the state.
Massachusetts
Massachusetts Gaming Commission places restrictions on some platforms.
Minnesota
Minnesota permits unrestricted sweepstakes casino access.
Mississippi
Mississippi Gaming Commission oversight limits some sweepstakes platforms.
Texas
Texas permits sweepstakes casinos - one of the largest markets.
Utah
Utah allows sweepstakes casinos as the only gaming option in the state.

Iowa permits sweepstakes casinos, but since July 1, 2026 the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission holds cease-and-desist authority over unlicensed operators (SF 2289).
Kentucky
Kentucky has limited sweepstakes casino availability. Some platforms restrict access.
Maryland
Maryland has pending iGaming legislation affecting sweepstakes platforms.
Oklahoma
Oklahoma sweepstakes access ends November 1, 2026 — SB 1589 became law via veto override. Platforms remain available until then.
Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania has restrictions with its regulated iGaming market limiting some platforms.
West Virginia
West Virginia has limited sweepstakes casino availability. Some platforms restrict access.
