McLuck Review

McLuck is a social casino operated by B-Two Operations Limited. Its Terms of Service and site footer place the company in the Isle of Man under number 021483V, and the footer names B2 Services OÜ of Tallinn, Estonia (number 16579410) as payment services agent. We couldn't check the company number against the Isle of Man Companies Registry, whose search sits behind a login, so we report it as the operator gives it.

The paperwork has gaps you should know about. The Terms (version 2.6, dated 14 October 2026) only define Gold Coins and say virtual coins are "non-redeemable" with "no cash value". Sweepstakes Coins and prize redemption are described on the homepage, the About page and in the help centre, and McLuck has no separate sweepstakes rules page that we could reach. A help-centre article updated on 30 September 2026 also gives a different registered address from the one in the Terms and footer.

None of this says McLuck won't pay. It does mean the binding document is silent on the part most players care about, and we score legitimacy lower for it.

McLuck's homepage, promotions page and About page all publish the same free welcome reward: 7,500 Gold Coins + 2.5 free Sweepstakes Coins for registering. Its help centre says something else. An article we read on 17 October 2026 states "we give you 5,000 Gold Coins" and mentions no Sweepstakes Coins. We show the promotions-page figure and flag the difference, so check what your account actually receives.

• Daily login reward: claimable every 24 hours. The amount isn't published. Free Gold Coins are valid for 60 days from your last login.
• Optional first purchase: "150% extra", part of a three-stage welcome offer across your first three purchases. Prices and coin amounts sit behind the login, so we don't quote them. Gold Coin packages run from $1.99 to $99.99.
• Loyalty Club: eight tiers, from Iron to Black Diamond, with a weekly coin boost.
• Also listed: giveaways, prize draws, tournaments, refer-a-friend and a four-tier jackpot. McLuck states "No purchase necessary" on its homepage and in its footer.

We don't publish a game count for McLuck, because its own pages disagree. The About page describes "a library of over 1,500 games including slots and live dealer games", while the homepage said "1000+ games" when we read both on 17 October 2026. We didn't count the lobby.

The provider page is long. It includes Playtech, NetEnt, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, 3 Oaks Gaming, Playson, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, BGaming, Evoplay, Habanero and Thunderkick, plus McLuck's own "Originals".

What you can play depends on your state. McLuck publishes a table of supplier restrictions on top of its own excluded states. Evolution games, for example, aren't offered in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Ohio or Illinois, and Playtech games aren't offered in Alabama, Missouri or Oregon, among others.

McLuck publishes very little about redemptions. We read its Terms and all 66 help-centre articles on 17 October 2026 and found no minimum redemption amount, no playthrough requirement and no processing time. The payout time on this page is therefore Varies, and the minimum is not published.

Here is what it does say. Prizes are paid as "cash redemptions or digital gift cards". Before any redemption your account has to pass verification: a passport, driver's licence or state ID, plus proof of address issued within the last 90 days. McLuck says its compliance team reviews documents "within 48 hours", and the legal name on the receiving account has to match the verified account holder.

Support is a Contact Us form, staffed 24/7 according to the Terms, with replies that "may take up to 48 hours". No support email or live chat is published. The Terms and the footer print different phone numbers for payment questions, so we publish neither.

McLuck requires players to be 21 or older. Its Terms exclude 16 states: Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. The About page mentions Canada, but the Terms exclude everywhere outside the United States, so we treat it as US-only.

The Terms add "we no longer offer promotional contests in California", and McLuck's help centre lists California as fully excluded. We treat California as excluded. The Terms updated on 14 October 2026 add that "effective 1 November 2026, we will no longer be operating in Oklahoma", and the help centre already lists Oklahoma as unavailable, so we treat Oklahoma as excluded now. Sweepstakes law changes quickly, so check our state-by-state guide before you sign up.
